Volare Strawberry is a liqueur for cocktail made from a mix of strawberries and wild strawberries macerated in pure alcohol, which form the basic ingredient of this typical liqueur evoking authentic mountain flavours. Its colour is a vibrant pink that captures the freshness and liveliness of both types of strawberries and its taste is compelling, intense and enveloping.
The cutting-edge designed bottle, tailored for bartenders, has several features that highlight its practicality. The patented Pro-Pour technology: a professional retractable pourer already incorporated in the cap guarantees efficiency, hygiene and time saving. The surface of the bottle is machined to meet the bartender’s needs, being finished with embossed decoration for an easy grip even when wet. In addition, the label positioned at 45° allows the bartender to move quickly and without doubt when preparing cocktails, being able to read the label without having to take the bottle out of the bar station. Volare cocktail liqueurs are the result of a modern reinterpretation of the Rossi D’Asiago distillery’s original 1950s recipes, which have been revisited and rethought in a contemporary key.
