It represents an excellent combination of tradition and innovation. Carefully distilled from the marc from the production of the renowned Amarone di Valpolicella wine, this barrel-aged grappa from the Rossi D’Asiago distillery provides a complex aromatic bouquet and an enveloping taste, capturing the soul of the famous Amarone wine. After 12 months of ageing in oak barrels, the distillate acquires its typical amber colour and reveals its unmistakable character. On tasting, its intense perfume evokes the heady aroma of grape and vanilla notes.
