Erik’s videos will alternate with the live interviews with six world renowned Italian bar talents, each covering a unique topi and presenting they own cocktail recipe. AKADEMYLAB ROSSI D’ASIAGO: A multi sensory place for bartenders Rossi d’Asiago has recently opened the AkademyLab : 360° immersive experience in the world of liquors and distillates. Designed by international artist Moreno Panozzo, the AcademyLab is a place for trainings, tastings, and experimentation, to discover the art of distillation. Naturalness, multisensory, edutaintment are brought together in a multifunctional space that surrounds the visitors and accompanies them on a special journey.
