• Volare Blue Curaçao is the best known liqueur in the world of cocktails. It is obtained by drying the peels of Laraha oranges, a type of bitter orange that grows on the island of Curaçao in the Caribbean Sea. Its intense citrus aroma, pleasant and delicate flavour and characteristic deep blue colour make it a must-have liqueur for the preparation of cocktails and long drinks. It is obtained by the infusion and distillation of dried orange peels, which allows the essential oils first to concentrate and then to release. The addition of vanilla infusion adds a smooth and pleasant note.
